Newly built penthouse apartment in typical Sardinian style to German construction standards in a unique location in the small village of Santa Maria Navarrese. The penthouse is situated approximately 500 m from the beach. The highlight of the apartment is the large terrace that looks out over the islets of Ogliastra and Arbatax. The 2 bedrooms are ideal for 4 people. The living room with kitchenette is fully equipped (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, Nespresso machine). Bar and work/games table. TV and WiFi. Storage room. Master bedroom with double bed (180x200cm) and sea view. Twin bedroom with small balcony and mountain view. Bathroom with window, rain shower (70x160cm), toilet and bidet. Large terrace with large dining table and loungers.
Access for guests from the pilotis floor where the carport is located.
The beach is within comfortable walking distance. Harbour nearby for boat trips to the famous bays of the Ogliastra coast. Supermarket 5 minutes away. Numerous walks possible directly from the apartment. Several bars and restaurants nearby. 10-15 minutes by car to free beaches. All the main services of the village are within walking distance.

BOOKING CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT
After checking availability and the total amount payable for your stay, including any additional services, you must confirm and send the booking request.
You will receive an email in your specified email account with the reservation contract, which you need to sign and return by email. An initial deposit of 30% of the total amount payable for your stay is required. The balance is to be paid by bank transfer at least 15 days before the date of arrival, plus a security deposit of €200 for any damage during your stay.
The security deposit will be returned by bank transfer within 15 days of your departure date.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel the contract up to 15 days before arrival with the loss solely of your initial deposit.
If you cancel within 15 days of check-in, you will forfeit both the initial deposit and the balance. The security deposit will be returned to you.
