Residenza del Sole – Tortolì – Ogliastra

The Residenza del Sole (Eng: sun residence) is located in a quiet unique residential area in the small town of Tortolì near the beautiful beaches of Basaura and San Gemiliano. The complex consists of 10 units – 6 terraced houses with garden, two apartments with large terraces and two penthouses with very spacious terraces and panoramic views. All units are completely independent with high energy efficiency ratings. The Residenza was constructed over a period of 18 months.
