A Dream Come True…
First of all, we would like to emphasize the exceptional quality of construction, the uniqueness of Edil Costa Sarda’s properties, and the constant support provided by Mauro and Eva Usai, both before and after the purchase. How did we come to this conclusion?
Back in 2014, during our very first trip to Sardinia, we were immediately captivated and fell in love with the island’s unique character, breathtaking landscapes, and warm-hearted people.
It was here that we hoped to fulfill a dream I had cherished for decades: owning a home by the sea.
After visiting several properties, we had the pleasure of meeting Eva and Mauro Usai.
At the time, we were interested in an apartment that was still under construction, beautifully located in a charming little village.
They showed us another project as well, highlighting the premium materials and the sophisticated, elegant construction. We could instantly see the incredible care and attention to authentic details, both inside and out, reflected throughout the entire design of the building.
We were thrilled!
However, as life sometimes goes, personal circumstances and the pandemic disrupted our plans.
Looking back, it probably simply wasn’t the right time.
Still, one thing remained unchanged: our enthusiasm for this beautiful property, our desire to make the dream come true, and the memory of the trusting conversations we had with Mauro and Eva Usai.
And there was one more thing:
Mauro’s business card, which I kept tucked inside my phone case for several years.
The years went by. We continued following the progress of Edil Costa Sarda, while occasionally exploring other real estate projects as well.
But without success. We simply couldn’t find anything that felt right, or even remotely comparable in value and quality to an Edil Costa Sarda property.
Then, in October 2025, we returned to Sardinia and I contacted Eva Usai shortly before our trip.
I still had that business card with me after nine years.
We discovered that a completed apartment was about to be listed for sale — and we could hardly believe it!
Of course, we went through several moments of hesitation and internal debate.
But over the following weeks, we stayed in close contact with Eva, who patiently answered all our questions and cleared every doubt we had.
And very quickly, it became clear to us:
Now is the right time.
This is exactly what we have been looking for.
It truly felt as though this apartment had been waiting for us…
Eva and her team supported us through every necessary formality. The entire process, including the appointment with the notary, went smoothly, and throughout it all we always felt fully informed, guided, and supported.
At the end of March 2026, we finally moved into our new home. We feel completely at ease here and are incredibly happy and grateful!
And last but certainly not least:
Even after moving in, Eva Usai and Valentina have continued to be available for every question or concern we may have had.
Whether it was registering with local authorities, providing technical assistance, helping us purchase equipment, offering shopping advice, or anything else.
This complete level of service, their availability, and their genuine dedication are truly admirable and one of a kind. We are so grateful that people like you exist!

Eva had already anticipated all of these questions and provided solutions for everything, giving us complete peace of mind from the very beginning.
Construction was completed exactly within the promised timeframe.
Valentina then spent months patiently helping us furnish the apartment remotely, and every single recommendation she made turned out to be absolutely perfect.
When we finally took delivery of the apartment last week, my wife and I both said out loud that everything had far exceeded our expectations.
The result is simply incredible.
The finishes, the quality, the furnishings — everything is stunning.
While we were there, Eva introduced us to local Sardinian artisans so we could add authentic finishing touches to our home, including locally made curtains, pillows, and handcrafted ceramics. Eva and Valentina also guided us to local shops where we could purchase groceries and home essentials.
Honestly, this entire journey would have been impossible without Mauro, Eva, and Valentina. I truly cannot imagine trying to navigate any of this without their support.

About a year and a half ago, during our holiday in Sardinia while searching for an apartment, we discovered Edil Costa Sarda.
From the very first moment, everything just felt right. Every detail was realized according to our personal wishes and expectations, and everything was completed within the planned timeframe — perfectly on schedule.
All the usual formalities were also handled quickly and reliably.
What we especially appreciated was that both the contracts and the entire communication process were available in German as well (the contracts were provided in both Italian and German).
