Through online research, we discovered the new apartments under construction in Lotzorai and visited shortly afterward. After placing our deposit, we received regular updates with photos and were guided in choosing appliances and finishes throughout the apartment. The entire process was incredibly smooth and well organized.
Before our first meeting, we had many concerns: what if someone illegally occupied the apartment (it doesn’t happen), what if something broke while we were back in the US (they would fix it), how would it be kept clean (they would handle it), and so on. Eva addressed every concern and made us feel completely reassured.
The construction was completed exactly on schedule, as promised. Valentina then spent months patiently guiding us through furnishing the apartment remotely, and every suggestion she made was absolutely perfect.
When we received the apartment last week, my wife and I said out loud that everything had far exceeded our expectations. It is truly stunning. The finishes, the quality, the furnishings — everything is simply outstanding.
While we were there, Eva introduced us to local Sardinian artisans to choose the final touches: locally made curtains, cushions, and ceramics. Eva and Valentina also guided us to local shops where we could purchase groceries and household essentials.
This entire process would have been literally impossible without Mauro, Eva, and Valentina. I cannot imagine doing any of this without their support.
